Failure to receive a sewer bill does not exempt you from paying your sewer bill or delinquent interest on that bill. Interest is not permitted to be waived.
Direct Debit Payments
Online bill pay is an electronic payment service that allows you to set up a secure online account to make one-time or recurring bill payments. The source of funds for the payments is usually a checking account and needs to be arranged through your bank.

Every quarter you will receive a bill that you can pay by cash or check.

For phone payments please call 866-446-0909. When making payments by phone please make sure you have your account number.
Direct Debit:
The process begins when the customer fills out the authorization form enclosed with this letter, giving TOMSA permission to withdraw the quarterly fee through our bank, Two River Community Bank. Payments will be deducted on or about the 25th of the month the payment is due. If the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, your account is charged the next business day. Customers are under no obligation to participate in this program and are able to withdraw from the program whenever they choose by simply requesting in writing two weeks before their account is to be charged.
